🚚 1. Our Shipping Method: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

To ensure maximum convenience for our global customers, all ZAIDIEU orders are shipped via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method.

  • Zero Hidden Fees: Once you complete your checkout, we take care of the rest. We handle all shipping costs, customs clearance procedures, and import taxes upfront.

  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Your package will be delivered directly to your doorstep with absolutely no additional charges required upon delivery.

🌍 2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

While we strive to serve the global sneaker community, current international customs policies and logistical limitations restrict us from shipping to certain locations.

❌ We currently DO NOT ship to the following countries/regions:

  • South Asia: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Iran.

  • Europe (Selected): Switzerland, Norway, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Lithuania, Turkey, Russia.

  • South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.

  • Central America & Caribbean: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Barbados, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago.

  • Asia & Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Singapore, Brunei, Timor-Leste, Japan, South Korea, North Korea.

  • Middle East & Central Asia: Oman, Palestine, Syria, Yemen, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan.

If your country is NOT on this list (e.g.,India, UAE, US, UK, Canada, Australia, major EU countries, etc.), we can successfully ship to you! We are continuously working to expand our logistics network to support these restricted regions in the near future.

📍 3. Accurate Shipping Information

To prevent delivery failures or delays, please ensure that you provide a completely accurate and detailed shipping address, including the correct ZIP/Postal Code, at checkout. ZAIDIEU is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the buyer.

⏱️ 4. Processing, Shipping Times & Tracking

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it takes approximately 5 to 8 business days (often sooner) for our team to process, authenticate, and pack your item.

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your specific country. Typically, transit takes between 10 to 25 days. Since our DDP method is already the fastest available option for inclusive customs clearance, we do not offer expedited shipping upgrades at this time.

  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your package boards its flight, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to the ZAIDIEU Tracking Page for real-time updates.

  • Note: If you have not received a tracking number after 8 business days, please contact us immediately at support@zaidieu.com, and we will assist you within 24 hours.

🛡️ 5. Shipping Insurance & Liability Guarantee

Shop with absolute peace of mind. We take full responsibility for your package while it is in transit.

  • In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error, ZAIDIEU will cover the loss completely.

  • We will offer you the choice of a 100% Full Refund to your original payment method OR a Free Reshipment of the exact same order.
