3. Condition Requirements
To prevent fraud and ensure fairness, the following conditions must be met:

Deadstock Condition: The product must remain brand new, completely unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging entirely intact.

Proof of Ownership: You must include a handwritten piece of paper clearly displaying your Full Name and Order Number in all photographic/video evidence.
4. The ZAIDIEU Remote Verification Process
To save you time and hassle, we conduct a 100% online verification process. You do not need to ship the item back to our overseas warehouse.

The specific reason for your claim.

Clear, high-quality photos highlighting the issue (defects, inauthentic details, or wrong item).

Comparative proof (e.g., photos of the received item placed next to your order confirmation screen).

Step 2 - Scheduling: We will respond within 24-48 hours to schedule a live Google Meet session with you.

Step 3 - Live Video Verification: During the meeting, our authentication team will inspect the product via your real-time camera feed.

Decisions are often made instantly on the call if the evidence is definitive.

If further analysis is required, our team will email you the final result within 24 hours.

Step 4 - Resolution: Upon final approval after our 2-step verification, we will immediately process your request for a REFUND or send a NEW REPLACEMENT. (You are NOT required to return the original item).
5. Refund Processing

Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to officially post the refund to your account.

6. Out of Stock Scenarios
